Wright will join Moses Lake Medical Team to raise funds for upcoming trip to Africa

What: Seahawks fans who make a $20 donation to MLMT will receive a 2015 Seahawks yearbook autographed by LB K.J. wright while supplies last.


When: Saturday, April 30 2016

Where: Former Dollar Up Store, 221 South Balsam St., Moses Lake


Why: Moses Lake Medical Team is raising funds for upcoming medical mission trip to Kebbi State, Nigeria, this fall.

About Seahawks LB K.J. Wright

K.J. Wright was selected by the Seahawks with the second pick in the fourth round (99th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft. In 2014, the Seahawks signed him to a four year extension.

Since 2012, Wright has been a key member of the Seahawks dominant defense which led the NFL in scoring defense for the fourth consecutive season (2012-15), becoming the first defense in the Super Bowl era to accomplish that feat. In 2015, Wright set a career-high with 116 tackles (71 solo) and led the team for the second-consecutive year in tackles.

He is a native of Olive Branch, Mississippi and played college football at Mississippi State.
